MIND SCIENCE: –
Many in the West turn to religious beliefs as a source of happiness, but in the East it relies more heavily on reasoning and training the mind than on faith. The training of the mind involves the idea that positive states of mind can act as direct antidote to negative states of mind. And when this fact is combined with recent scientific evidence (Modern cognitive therapy for depressed people) that we can change the structure and function of the brain by cultivating new thoughts, then the idea that we can achieve happiness through training of mind seems a very real possibility.
Mind & Body Happiness:-
We humans have Body (Nature), and Mind & Intelligence (Nurture) and Mind is the seat of Soul. Therefore God has two aspects Nature and Soul.
Millions of us spend more time and energy pursuing the things money can buy than in engaging in activities that create real fulfillment in life, like cultivating friendships, helping others and developing a spiritual sense.

In the present world, full of electronics, if we practice following skills, we might find some happiness.
1 Start the day with focused task: – and don’t allow your mind to wander while you do it. Research suggests that those who practice a little mindfulness (mental focus) in the morning have a better ability to stay focused throughout the day. A good task to choose might be the shower.
2 Exercise with mindfulness (mental focus): – Any sort of activity you do – walking, running, biking, swimming – can increase mental focus by boosting blood flow in the brain.
3 Immerse yourself in a good book or movie: – Reading a page- turner or watching a compelling movie or TV show can be a great way to practice mindfulness.
4 Minimize multitasking: – It’s enemy of mindfulness – Stop texting while having lunch with friends. Don’t check your email while you are helping the kids with your homework. And stop scanning the In- ternet when you get a call from a client. If you still sense your mind wandering, force your attention back to the task at hand.
5 Practice 15 to 20 minutes of daily meditation: – Those who practice regular meditation snap out of the brain’s default wandering mode much faster than those who don’t. If you meditate regularly, you pre- vent the cognitive decline in attention span that naturally occurs with aging.
6 Give, Give and Give – If you want to be happy, think of others and if you want to be unhappy think of yourself.
7 Peace, Love and happiness – Keep peace in the mind, love in the heart and happiness in the relationships.
8 Open Mind – The mind is like a parachute – it works best when it is open. How quickly we make assumptions, jump to conclusions and close our mind. How easily we form and hold fast to our opinions and then close our mind. How fast we make a judgment, slap on a label and then close our mind. A closed mind never knows the delight of playing with the possibilities, being enlightened by others point of view or enjoying the diversity of human life. An open and understand- ing mind never assumes, does not jump to conclusions and won’t hold fast to any opinion. Perhaps it is no wonder, a closed mind is not a very relaxed mind.
