World like hand: –

The world is like a hand and its continents like our five fingers. Each finger is different and unique. Yet it is only when they all work together that whatever we put in our hand to succeeds.

Live Purposefully: –

If you do not live life on purpose you live life by accident.
Why do some days feel like a motorway pile up?
It is because you have not sorted out your purpose yet.
The highest purpose is always giving or serving others, without wanting anything in return.

This is why relaxation is always impossible if we are always on the take. There is an overall purpose of your life, and each of the many scenes, which fill your day, are opportunities to serve your purpose.
Take time to think deeply, listen to your intuition, and with patience, the rea- son why you are here, and what you uniquely have to give, will occur to you. Then you can live your life on purpose.

Charity: –

It is very good to give financial aid to the suffering, orphans and widowed, provided these three points are kept in view:

  1. a)  We should not pride ourselves on being charitable, because we are doing no more than our duty. Everything we hold is on the account of our Master.
  2. b)  In giving, we should not expect any reward either in this world or in the next; otherwise we are only lending money on interest.
  3. c)  We should not expect any kind of praise or service from those to whom we give. Such charity is very helpful for the purification of the mind.”

Respect: –

It is always easy to expect and demand respect from others. It is simple to criticize others for not being respectful or for being rude or for not showing the proper appreciation. It is difficult to ask respect from myself.

Without respect I can never gain respect from others. Without self-respect I will always be performing self-defeating actions. Without self-respect I will always be looking outside myself and will constantly be at the whims and fancies of other people’s dispositions. I cannot get respect by asking for it. I only receive it when I give it to myself and to others.

Manage Emotions: –

When the energy of our consciousness is out of our control – the mind is ag- itated. We are being emotional. The solution is to detach from the inner storms, stand back and observe the hurricane pass. Detached observation with- draws the energy, which your emotions require to sustain them. When you watch your own anger, it dies. If you don’t detach from it, and observe it, it will be your master. Today is the day to practice positive, detached observation, and each emotion-filled moment is the opportunity. This is ‘real’ work. The work of one who is a master of his or her own consciousness. Are you a master or a slave?

Never Battle: –

Never fight. Nothing is worth fighting for. Wisdom never fights, it waits pa- tiently, speaks positively, releases easily, sees benefit in everything and envisions a future of abundance…knowing that all needs will be met at the right moment, in the right way. If you think life is a struggle you will always be struggling, if you think life is a breeze, your attitudes and actions will convey lightness and easiness. And that’s what attracts everything you need, and much more. Make today a breeze not a battle.

Sin Bin: –

It’s a great idea in sport. Too many fouls and you’re out of the game for a short period. The same happens in real life, but we are not aware of it. Sin essentially means forgetfulness, or more specifically, to forget yourself, to forget who you truly are, a pure, peaceful and loving spiritual being who occupies and animates a physical form. It is this forgetfulness that makes us commit what we call sinful action. If another person insults you, and you become angry in response, the sin is the anger, which you create not the insult. You are asleep to the truth that you just hurt yourself, and that you are the creator of your anger not the other person. And now you have a recording in your consciousness that contains an image of the other surrounded by the energy of anger. You put it there, not them. Next time you see them, up comes the anger again, and in that moment you are at your least effective, paralyzed by self created anger, you are effectively out of the game until you cool down. Interesting isn’t it. Never get angry, at anything, or anyone, anytime. It’s a sin!

When you build a home, every brick counts. When you build character, every thought counts.

GOOD THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS (With concept of Live And Let Live)

Good relationships: –

In order to create good relationships…

  • –  with your mind, think about what you have to learn from others,
  • –  with your eyes, look into good qualities of others,
  • –  with your words, recognize, value and appreciate their accomplishments,
  • –  with your actions, cooperate and do something for others.Good Feelings: –Good feelings for others are like ointments that can heal wounds and re-es- tablish friendship and relationships. Good feelings are generated in the mind, are transmitted through your attitude and are reflected in your eyes and smile. Smiling opens the heart and a glance can make miracles happen.

Be a humming bird: –

No matter how bad people may seem, they possess at least one virtue. Be like the humming bird and pick out the sweetness of everyone’s character.

Love All: –

Love can never be exclusive. The sun does not choose to shine on some flowers in the garden and not others. Love is inclusive and has many faces – caring, listening, sharing from the heart, just accepting someone for what they are right now, is all acts of love, as long as you seek nothing in return. It all starts with acceptance of yourself – you’re just fine as you are right now, warts and all. It’s not that you will stay that way forever – but you might, if you don’t accept. The secret key to the greatest door called love is acceptance. First yourself, then others (especially the ones you currently resist) and even- tually all.

Kindness: –

Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates perceptiveness. Kindness in giving creates love.

Resolve Conflict: –

There has probably never been a time where there has been so much fear and conflict across the world, not just across oceans and borders but also across the breakfast table. In fact many now prefer conflict to peace, as they become addicted to the actions of anger and aggression, and the adrenaline rush, which results. They don’t really want conflict to end, in fact, they will say that some conflict is good to get things done and stimulate change. They are not aware that they are killing themselves. All conflict is simply a symp- tom of attachment to a position. And as we know, this generates fear, and fear, if allowed to stay, eventually kills it’s host. All solutions are based on detachment or letting go. But that will be difficult until we can see that all possession is an illusion, that we have nothing to lose and that there are no victories in winning.

(Generator-Operator-Destroyer) – Universal Religion

Meditation: –

In these troubled times, if we can learn to meditate and find a place of calm and peace within ourselves every day, we will be able to face the challenges of life. Not only do we ourselves live more happy and balanced lives, receiving the joy of God’s love, but also we begin to radiate the peace and joy that we experience to those around us. We begin to see all others, indeed all life forms, as part of GOD.

Inner and Outer Peace: –

If each of us learned the art of meditation, this world would be filled with people who are peaceful and kind. There would be an end to wars and conflicts.

If followers of every religion truly observed the teachings of their great saints, the whole world would be an abode of love. People would be having direct experiences of GOD. People would have love for all humanity and all creation. There would be no wars, no crime, and no discord. There would be joy and peace on our planet.

Enjoy Moments of Silence: –

When you open your eyes in the morning, sit for a moment and appreciate the gift of a new day, create a peaceful thought and enjoy some moments of silence throughout the whole day. Thank GOD that you have consciousness.

Transformation: –

By transforming ourselves, we can transform others, including our family, community, society, and eventually the whole world. Opportunities come by creation, not by chance. It is my prayer that the spirit of unity enlivens each of you and that we rest not until the whole world is an abode of peace and love. If you speak badly of others, the negative energy that you put out into the universe will return to you. The same is true of positive energy

Cultivate Silence: –

Behind all creation is silence. Silence is the essential condition, the vital in- gredient for all creation and all that is created. It is a power in its own right. The artist starts with a blank canvas – silence. The composer places it between and behind the notes. The very ground of your being, out of which comes all your thoughts, is silence. The way to silence is through meditation. When you arrive in your own silence you will know true freedom and real power. Stop, take a minute, and listen to the silence within you today. Then be aware of what disturbs your inner silence. It could be negative thoughts, memories, and sensations. And when you are aware, you will know what is draining your creative power, and you will know what needs to change…on the inside!

Brotherhood And Unity: –

Understanding the worth and dignity of every human being is the key to brotherhood and unity.

The Power of Thoughts: –

If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present.

Thoughts are more powerful than actions because they are the creators of actions. You have to keep in mind that the thought-waves of your good wishes and pure feelings, your vibrations of peace and love, can once again bring harmony in nature and happiness in the world.

Diamond Consciousness: –

When you look at the world through your physical eyes, you will see all the facets of our diversity: culture, race, personality, religion and so on. Seeing only through your physical eyes, it is easy to become stubborn and to try to prove yourself right. However where there is stubbornness there is no love. And trying to prove the self-right is equally offensive. A diamond will sparkle even in the dust; you do not ever need to prove that you are right. In the face of the dangers that come from seeing only with the physical eyes, always think: now is the time to go beyond all divisions, beyond all that limits, and our sense of self. Whatever the race, the religion, and the class – our consciousness now has to go beyond all of that.

All conflict is simply a symptom of attachment to a position. And as we know, this generates fear, and fear if allowed to stay, eventually kills it’s host. All solutions are based on detachment or letting go. But that will be difficult until we can see that all possession is an illusion, that we have nothing to lose and that there are no victories in winning.

Lost: –

If wealth is lost, nothing is lost; if health is lost, something is lost; if character is lost, all is lost.

Seed Of Action (Creativity): –

Acts of virtue emerge from deep within, from an inner sanctuary of silence from which inspiration flows. Every action has its seed in a thought and every thought is a creation of the thinker, the SOUL. I choose what thoughts I want to create and as is my thinking so are my actions and also my experience in life. Going within, I touch the stillness and pure love that lie at the core of my being and every thought that I create is of benefit to myself and of benefit to humanity.

Do not try to be great, try to be good, for being good is great.

Neuroscientists are documenting changes in brain scans of meditating Tibetan Buddhists and praying nuns. They are trying to see whether meditation/prayer has meaning to people that translates into biology and affects a disease process.

Prayer and faith speeded recovery in illnesses ranging from depression to stroke to heart attack. Medical acceptance has grown along with solid scientific data on prayer’s impact on health. About 75% of studies of spirituality have confirmed health benefits. If prayers were available in pill form, no pharmacy could stock enough of it.

Scientists and spiritualists in general believe that GOD heals people in supernatural ways, but Science cannot shape a study to prove it. But we now know enough, based on solid research to say that meditation and prayer, much like exercise and diet, has a connection with better health.

Is prayer good medicine?

Dozens of studies have shown that individuals, who pray regularly and attend religious services, stay healthier and livelonger than those who rarely or never do – even when age, health, habits, demographics and other factors are considered. Prayer – Whether for oneself (petitionary prayer) or others (intercessory prayer) – affects the quality, if not quantity of life. It boosts morale, lower agitation, and loneliness and life dissatisfaction and enhances the ability to cope in men, women, the elderly, the young, the healthy and the sick. Another study has found that those who prayed regularly had significantly lower blood pressure than the less religious. A third study showed that those who attended religious services had healthier immune systems than those who did not. In studies at several medical centers, meditation/prayer and faith have been shown to speed recovery from depression, alcoholism, hip surgery, and drug addiction, stroke, rheumatoid arthritis, heart attacks and bypass surgery. Those who pray stay healthier and live longer than those who don’t.

How does prayer do these things?

Some scientists speculate that meditation/prayer may foster a state of peace and calm that could lead to beneficial changes in the cardiovascular and immune systems. Using sophisticated brain-imaging techniques, Dr. Andy Newberg of the university of Pennsylvania, author of “Why God won’t go away” has documented changes in blood flow in particular regions of the brain during prayer and meditation. This could be the link between religion and health benefits such as lower blood pressure, slower heart rates, decreased anxiety and an enhanced sense of well-being.

Can prayer heal others?

At nine medical centers around the country, 750 patients with potentially life- threatening heart problems participated in the MANTRA (Chant) project, a recently concluded randomized trial of intercessory prayer or distant healing. The names of half the patients were given to groups – including Carmelite nuns, Buddhist monks, Sufi Muslims and Evangelical Congregations- who prayed for their recovery. In the next few months they found that in a pilot study, prayer recipients had 50% to 100% fewer complications.

Skeptics remain dubious, “The premise behind distant healing is not scientific.” Even writers on spirituality, concede that science may never prove that prayer can heal others. That does not mean that people should not take advantage of this wonderful tool that is right at their fingertips.

Bridges between different minds.

Bridges of Service and Charity.
Bridges on the path of Duty and Devotion.

Bridges between Poor and Wealthy.

We understand now we are but one.
If we look for differences there are but none.
Such disparity exist only in the mind,
For in every heart and soul breathes the Lord Divine.

Bridge Builders: –

We give but little when we give of our possessions, it is when we give ourselves that we truly give. I found that in giving of myself, I feel myself growing more and more. Towards which direction and to which destination, I know not, but it sure does, make me a happier person and makes me have a smile on my face when I go to bed at night.

Meditation: –

It is a method of raising self-awareness leading to self-realization. Meditation stills the mind and empowers the intellect to achieve insight and understanding of the spiritual laws and principles, which sustain harmony and can bring natural renewal at all levels of life on earth. Meditation will enhance your inner virtues & inner peace.

Self Realization: –

Self-awareness and self-realization are cultivated in order to realize one’s true spiritual identity and nature. In the meditative state, the self is experienced as conscious energy taking the form of a point of light. This spiritual energy, the Soul, is experienced as both different and separate from the energy of the Material body.

Consciousness: –

The role of the mind and the interplay between, the intellect and the personality is understood through a process of self-observation. The meditator learns to be quiet and control the mind, allowing the conscience to be clearly heard. Conscious awareness of the soul is then developed, allowing full understanding of the self.

Relationship with God: –

As meditation helps consciousness move beyond self-limiting beliefs, the presence of GOD is experienced in the state of YOGA (a system of body and mind control) – a mental link with the source of spiritual power.
